I have finished all the code to support compiling and linkiing.
I now need to do some detailed testing.

I'm in need of the following:
1. source files for a dll project(multiple files) with a source file to test it. /w and /wo resources
2. source files for a static lib project(multiple files)  with a source file to test it. /w and /wo resources
3. source file for a dll single file app with a source file to test it.

If anyone would provide any/all the above it would save me a lot of time.

And I just relized I have two more compile/link proceedures to implement.
1. compile only of a single project file
2. link only of a projects files.
