This is a variation on the original commexample.eba. It will check if a comport is available and not in use, print to console and a text file. Once you try to check/read/write above COM9: then you must use '\\\\.\\com?'. This actually works for all comport numbers from 1 to 256.
256 possible comports, and I only have 2 ;D
