Tools/ToolBar Paint option activated and code in place.
 this is a free 3rd party utility for creating toolbar bitmaps

Tools/ColorPicker option activated and code in place.
 enables user to select foreground/background colors and preview how they look together.
 provided button allow user to copy fg or bg color to clipboard in either 'RGB(xxx,xxx,xxx)' or '0xFFFFFF' formats

Tools/File Cleanup option activated and code in place.
 enables quick cleanup of folder by allowing deletion of all files
   with one or more of indicated file extensions(.o, .a, .map, .dbgs, .link)
   in the selected folder.
 useful when making backups of project folders

Tools/Help Menu Editor option activated and code in place.
 Allows user to add additional help files to the Help menu.
 Additions made by user may be removed by user.
 Help files identified in the incc files in the \bin folder are automatically added and can not removed using the editor.
Note: In this alpha version of the IDE you can copy the incc files from your IWB2 \bin folder into the IWB3 \bin folder
and the corresponding help files into the \help folder and they will automatically appear when the IWB3 IDE is started.

Tools/Tool Menu Editor option activated and code in place.
 Allows user to add additional utility programs to the Tools menu.
 Additions made by user may be removed by user.
Note: If you install IWB3 on a memory stick make sure that any utility files you add actually reside on the stick also.
