In the current IDE, when you select a subroutine from the combobox in the code editor window you are taken to the line where the SUB statement is located. The selected line may be anywhere from the 1st line to the last line in the code window.

In the new IDE it will work the same EXCEPT the text will be scrolled so that the selected line will be the top line in the window.  the only exception is if there are not enough lines following the selected line to allow the necessary scrolling.

Have also modified the Project List / Subroutine tab so that its selections will also cause the above scrolling.

Modified the caption routine so that text is displayed the same regardless of wheter or not the code window is maximized.

Fixed the "lastpath" functionality to be rememberd properly when opening/closing files and/or restarting the IDE.

Download has been updated.
