The File/Save Project menu option will now save a modified project file.
The Project/Options menu item now opens the Modify Project dialog. Modifying the project will place an '*' after the project name in the IDE and Project List captions.

If a project file has been modified and the User selects File/Close Project, File/Quit, File/Recent Projects/*, File/Open Project or the IDE window close button a messagebox will appear asking if the User wants to save the changes to the current project file.
