After reviewing the IWMask code I believe I'm going to make a new cell type for IWGrid for handling IP addresses.
I think that will be the easiest way to make it work properly.
I'm going to leave that for last and continue on with getting the rest of the IWMask working(and incorporated into IWGrid) and then I do the IP cell type.
