Using IWB for mobile devices

Hi,

This is a general question, has anyone written software in IWB for mobile devices?

I want to try and port my safety browser project to mobile devices, BUT it will only work on a Windows based operating sysem, and not sure which devices use Windows.

Also, I need to read / write to the registry - reading some threads on the Internet some people say that "some" phones / devices have the registry set to read only, is this correct? and if so how can you unlock the registry.

Finally, how can I emulate a mobile device on my PC / laptop? - I know an emulation is not the same as testing on an actual device but it could give me a good starting point.
