Trouble obtaining IWBasic

Hi all,

I purchased IWBasic about one month ago. It took a couple of days and I got email message informing that my "IW Customer Record" has been created. I tried to login with my username and initial password provided but login attempt was refused. Now, one month and three emails later I still have not received any reply for my emails or information how to obtain the compiler I paid for.

I just checked and your account is set up properly.
You were probably trying to login with your forum username which is incorrect.
I am sending you a PM with instructions

All working properly now, initial password provided to me by email was wrong.
