Just discovered that the announcement that Larry Sikes had purchased the IP rights Creative Basic was lost when the site was hacked.
Creative Basic does indeed now belong to IonicWind Software and Larry Sikes and can be obtained here (http://www.ionicwind.com/cbrequest.html)
