i was able to download the tapi_sdk_demos.

I can download it, but when I try to unzip it, it says it is an invalid file.  It is like it is corrupted.  Apparently LarryMc was having the same problem.

I found copies of both zip files in that thread and replaced both of them.
I can now download and open both of them.
