CTRL-X Puzzle

I wrote a little utility with that otherÂÃ,  ;)ÂÃ,  compiler that helps me in formatting headings for my code. When I return to Aurora's IDE and press CTRL-X to cut some code, the little utility - without the focus - closes. I also tested CTRL-N, functional in the utility, and got the programmed response.
