Completed all coding associated with the Make Executable dialog for creating single file exe's/dll's.
Duplicates functionally of current IDE as it relates to the creation of the *.opts file.

Larry,

SetFocus again: If you load up an empty IDE, with no file, and then open a source file from
the file menu, the focus is OK

If you close the IDE, and then open it again, the file you just manually opened
is there, but the focus is lost
