Title: Problem reporting

We now have a ticket system located on the customer page.
http://ionicwind.com/customers

You will need to login ( so you need to own IW Product).

It will give us a single place to report issues without scattering post
all over the forum.

You can post issues and view posted tickets and status.

OK lets try this once more - it is back on-line but you must login to the customer interface
to use it.

Could you add the release version in front of the download of each product ?

Yes - I will add the release to the download page.

The problem reporting is now live and well - had to put
it behind the login page to keep the children out.

If you find an issue with one of the products that needs to be addressed
please put in a ticket. Feel free to keep posting in the forum but for my
bug/fix tracking the ticket will help.
