Amazon no longer ships to South Africa. They suspended delivery about a year ago

For those less fortunate not to have acces to cheap shipping of the book, approach your local bookshop with publishing, author and title details. The bookshop might be able to get it in for You at much reduced shipping rates and a slightly higher cost being a commercial transaction. ( as opposed to dealing directly with lulu who do it out of the kindenss of their budget)
